Cottage Cheese has been very hard to buy in all supermarkets. I rang several Cole’s stores, I rang Cole’s Malvern , they had 16 in stock. I spoke to Yvonne by phone, in deli area and told her I would be there in 20 minutes. When I got there, most had been sold.nYvonne had put aside , 4 for me without me asking. I was so impressed. She was so professional and kind, best customer service ever. Yvonne deserves a medal for being pro active, considerate. I came a long way to buy, and I when I sore 1 left on shelf my heart sank. She came up to me, and alleviated my stress immediately . Please pass on my absolute respect, for what she did for me. Great worker . Bravo Yvonne

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Cole’s online pickup service. The team marks orders as ready for pickup, but when the delivery driver arrives at the store, the order is not prepared. When questioned, the staff informed me they would only start preparing the order upon arrival and that it would take an additional 25 to 30 minutes. It's extremely frustrating to have to wait that long, especially for smaller orders worth $7 or $15. This level of inefficiency and lack of urgency really needs improvement, as it's not acceptable to have to spend so much time waiting for an order that should already be ready. Additionally, the team members were not as courteous as expected, adding to the disappointment. I hope Cole's addresses these issues to provide a better experience for delivery drivers and customers.
