The man serving at the shop today Sun, 5/3/17 was a real creep. Instead of helping me find the product I needed, he was more interested in standing closely behind me, asking way too many personal questions. He also got the prices wrong and then told me I should buy more of a product because there wouldn't be enough of it in the box. I did buy more, but when I got home I discovered there was more than enough in one. Not sure if he was trying to push additional sales but definitely not going back anytime soon. Very poor service.
I have been to this shop when it first started. The products Aarya Supermarket imports are as fresh as one can get in Bentleigh. The services provided by the owner, Rampal are very good and his willingness to help customers with his genuine smile and reasonable prices exceeds expectation.
A great place where u can find all desi grocery items under one roof. Excellent customer service with very competitive prices. I'm a regular buyer of their desi Indian style yoghurt, Lentils, Spices, Basmati rice, Chakki Aata, frozen Indian vegetables, Taj Mahal black tea, Parle G biscuits, etc. Highly recommended store...!
3 times I have traveled to this shop only to find it close during times it should be open . if you can’t run a store normally please sell your business to someone who can run a store with some sense of responsibility. Seems like a school kid is running the store ..
Great little shop for Asian spices, snack food, rice, pickles etc. The man who served us was very friendly and helpful, even found the the ingredients we needed for a dish that we could describe and not name!
I traveled all the way to your shop just to find it closed. Please change your trading hours as it is not accurate.
