Store is okay, parking lot is awful, not sure if that is the Woolworths fault. The guy who served me was lovely, super kind and he will go places with his ability to communicate. My low star is the Ursula woman. I asked this old Ursula looking woman for something and she was just NASTY. I don't buy the groceries I was searching for, I was searching for a client. I asked this white, short haired old woman for some assistance and she looked at me, spoke to me like I was an idiot. She embarrassed me in front of multiple other workers and customers when I was trying to find a specific item. I'll avoid this Woolworths and advise others to do so. This Ursula lady should retire or take a position out the back. She was rude as f. Show some kindness you nasty thing. This Ursula lady was incredibly awful and I drove off crying from her nastiness and the way she embarrassed me in front of other customers. It's gross that Woolworths employ people like this. Don't really care about your age or situation in life, it's not an excuse to bring someone else down.
This store is always super clean and it's well laid out and so are the shelves making it usually pretty easy to find what you want. The shelves also usually well stocked with a good selection especially the fresh produce such as the fruit and vegetables. The weekly specials are also great.nnThis woolies is conveniently located for train travelers passing by and has good customer car parking including an undercover section with two hour parking which is usually quite enough time for our shopping. Unlike others, I've always found the staff at this store to be very helpful and friendly.
Very rude staff. I'm currently mobility impaired. had staff constantly pushing me out of the way while they prepare delivery orders. Made the shopping experience extremely painful and unpleasant. For anybody who is mobility impaired, I do not recommend going to this supermarket.
Great range of products. Had everything I needed that day. Fruit and veg are way too expensive, found cheaper elsewhere. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Woolworths Moorabbin is fantastic. The store is brand-new, the car park is great but not undercover it has an amazing range. 12 self checkouts. And great service.
