Most terrible disgusting store so many times orders have gone wrong when ordering online, the last time in particular, I spoke to the guy at the front Adarsh He said his name was I wait for Meysin hour… Mind you? I’m just out of hospital I cannot even go to Drive I rely for a delivery which all of them explained to him. I called him up and he said all your order went 10 minutes ago I said no I did not. It’s not showing the app. It says wait a still Awaiting order he then said oh my gosh I given it to the wrong person it’s gone to the wrong person he’s gonna can I give you all your food frozen… I said excuse me do you want to give me frozen food for something? That’s your fault I’m paying for the convenience of delivery and for heated cooked food… How dare you try and ask me to put frozen food for your mistake you said all I’ve been scammed I’ve given it to the Door Dash driver who said he was from Door Dash… I said did you check the order number and the name he refused to answer he’s trying to blame a DoorDash driver. He probably was legitimate for him being too busy at two in the morning to check a name and order number for my order going elsewhere. This is not the first time this is happened with the store. They got the slightest things wrong. It’s not even busy at two in the morning. I can only imagine the mistakes they would’ve made, and the things they would’ve said to have excused things like this in the past with customers. This is disgusting and disgraceful and I will leave a formal complaint with co Sumer affairs
Came at 1:30 am on 3 April. Waited a long time. The person was filling shelves he saw me but ignored me. I had to leave after a long wait time.
Like multiple other reviewers recently, I had issues redeeming Fuel Lock and ended up paying over 20c a litre more than I should have. I have never had issues at any other store and person serving me tonight had absolutely zero interest in helping me or honouring it. I am a fan of 7-Eleven but won't be back here.
It has everything you need in a local convenience store, bread, milk, newspapers, snacks hot and cold, drinks hot and cold and for those still addicted, cigarettes! Also things you might not know you need and of course petrol. Note the $1 and $2 coffee very popular so at times expect to queue up for it. I can recommend the wholemeal salad sandwich and the spinach roll. 27.1 always have to get there by 8.30am on a Friday if you want to get Financial Review as always sell out, also noticed don't sell mags any more. And if you want to grab something healthy I recommend their salad sandwich on wholegrain bread. Not bad for a convenience store. 20.10.23 so couldn't wait to try 7-11 coffee for the first time as now you can get soy milk! Husband addicted to their coffee so glad I could finally get too. And yes pretty good but could be a bit stronger, certainly I have had a lot worse at many Cafes I've been too.
We are a huge fan of 7/ Elevens, however almost every time we have purchase more than 3 items from this store they over charge. At first we thought they were making an honest mistake, However after 6th or 7th time we figured out it was on purpose. It happened again today……this is now our 10+ year that this has been happening. I’ve witnessed him doing it to a whole group of kids, he has tried it with my kids every single time! They also on occasion will not honor the promotions. Eg if you buy a hot drink you can get the banana bread at $2. My child bought a hot chocolate and wanted the banana bread at $2. They charged 2.50 and said he needed to buy a coffee for the promotion to kick in. I’m not one to write reviews but I have had enough. People need to be warned. Especially kids who are too scared to question.
