Dissapointed!  Your web site said you would be open today so we set off from Bacchus Marsh driving 1 and 1/2 hours to your store to find a sign in your window saying you were closed since 15th December!!
Not happy!  I would not visit you again as your potential customers do not know if you are open or not. You need to update your website and not disappoint customers immensely.

Took my basket full of goodies to the counter, the lady starts putting it through and then starts putting bits aside saying "this is out of stock". Now i look to where i picked these items from and there are plenty more on the shelf/tables...confused, yes! I drove a long way to have half of what i wanted taken out and put back on the shelf. Clearly they were packing online orders but if a customer is standing there with stock in their hand off your shelf you cant say that!!! Bad bad bad service.

Great range of products at a good price.  Really fast delivery, ordered on a Sunday and it arrived Tuesday morning.  Website is fun to browse through.  I haven't been to the shop yet, all my purchases have been online so far.
