If you are looking for superior care and expertise, these guys are awesome. Their technicians are second to none and the service is top-notch. Get your machine/s dialled in with regular maintenance and great coffee beans. They are worth recommending.
We have found the team to be such a pleasure to deal with. No problem is to big and they help straight away. From organising repairs to for filling orders it is just so easy.

I have been dealing with Procaffe for approximately 3 years now. We initially bought our hand made Italian coffee machine from them which is brilliant and have continued to purchase our Italian coffee pods from them with are wonderful tasting. They are great guys to deal with and take the time to service their clients. If you are after great tasting coffee and great service, these are the guys to help you.
Really awesome working with Procaffe. They have been really attentive with us and thus, have become our go to company for service. I really appreciate their amazing customer service, even when having to deal with the slow pay cycles and red tape when servicing local government. Would definitely recommend
Disgraceful customer service. Coffee options and extras are actually more expensive than at a retail store. Not worth your time, there are more convenient options, more premium options and more budget friendly cheaper options out there.
Very friendly and accommodating. Understand the customers especially during Covid-19 shut-down.
