With the store itself, it’s like any other 7 Eleven.nnBut poor customer service, 3 people behind the counter looks like owners or relatives busy talking among them when asked for prices for couple of products which weren’t marked with the pricing replies in an angry tone asking me to check. Poor attitude and regret to say that I will not visit or recommend this store.

This 7-Eleven store in Melbourne has become my absolute favorite over the past four years. The staff working there consistently impresses me with their friendliness, hard work, and competence. Unlike other 7-Eleven stores I've been to, they excel at managing the store efficiently. Despite the high number of customers visiting every day, they always maintain a clean and well-maintained environment.nnOne thing that stands out is the tremendous footfall the store experiences regularly. However, this doesn't deter the staff from ensuring a spotless and tidy atmosphere. Even though the two coffee machines are always in high demand, you can count on finding that area impeccably clean.
The 7/11 is in a very well placed location, in between McKinnon Secondary, Valkstone & Tucker Road Primary, making it a hotspot for students.nThe variety of food and drinks is large, and the service provided by the staff members is great. Though the building can sometimes be quite dirty, with the floor being very sticky.
