Terrible experience this morning. Fuel bowser was locked at peak hour. After waiting for it to be unlocked I then told Sammuel my bowser number and he didn’t even acknowledge me standing there in front of him at the checkout. I then told him my car Colour and presented my fuel discount docket. He still didn’t acknowledge me. I stood there waiting and a line behind me started to form. At this point I am thinking I must be invisible because he is blatantly ignoring me wanting to pay for my fuel. After waiting so long he finally took my payment. I then had to ask him for my receipt, which he gave to me ripped and said “here you go boss!” And then looked away. This would be the strangest and worst customer experience I have ever received at a service station. Absolutely terrible customer service from this man.
This was the worse experience ever at a service station. Arrived here last night at 9.15 to fill up my tank and the petrol bowser was locked, cars were at the bowsers unable to put petrol, people were at the door unable to get in and the place was all lit up and no customer service person was in sight. After 10 minutes numerous cars left without getting petrol or purchasing anything, then a few more minutes the customer service person emerged from the back of the store and enabled the petrol pumps. I would have left too only the petrol price was cheap lol. When I went to pay I commented - I thought we'd lost you - and he grumbled something rudely about the bathroom with no apology whatsoever. Terrible customer service and I can't believe this is the level of service Coles would want on display. While waiting for the customer service person to arrive I was speaking to another customer who said this isn't the first time this has happened. She regularly comes around that time and often the same story.
Pretty good petrol station. Always friendly. Sometimes this petrol station will be cheaper than others. Easy to get in and out when you are in a hurry.
I went here with my friend to get some drinks and we were screamed at by the cashier and accused of stealing he called us a really foul name as we were walking out. Don’t go there because staff are really mean and rude.
One of worst fuel stations I never seen in my life that does not accept coin, and I know if you pay $0.5 coin it’s really hard to count but I paid $20 which most of it was $2 coins and the lady at the reception said to me you are not welcome if you pay by coin next time and she was very rude and as well her store manager, So this message for store manager, I will come again with lots of $0.5 coins and as well with video recorder next time just be ready
