Coles

Chaos everywhere. Can’t move around the isles with the troller. Also chaos with the checkout no space and really bad layout of the store. Will take forever to pay for your goodies based on this. May need to redesign the entire store or extend building.

Super friendly staff. Goods are well-priced. I love the end-of-the-day sales. Parking is okay compared to other stores in the area. Decent sized Coles store but very high standard, and pricing is the most attractive feature of this store even though most of the items have been priced nationwide or statewide. You can never see a cheaper Coles store than this.

Normal supermarket, service is poor if I shop there first thing in the morning. The store is not ready, rubbish all over the floor. The prices on the shelf were wrong. The lady at check out was so angry when I pointed out the price aren't right. Avoid Coles at Bentleigh as much as I can.

Being a shopper at Woolworths for over 30 years, it was time to try better stores. So I then tried Coles in Bentleigh. No customers at the deli but I was made to wait 5 minutes because the staff's home life is more important. Disgusted at poor service, I finished my shop at IGA. So much more friendlier and supermarket prices on most item's.

Sometimes out of stock with certain fruit and vegetables. The potato section always seems to have too many price points for items that aren’t there or isn’t very clear for what it’s pricing for. Besides that, it’s usually always in stock with lots of specials available, great bakery range and very tidy. Two access points during the day. Night time they block off one. No bottle shop attached to this Coles.
