The negligence of the meat in these fridges is disgusting. These fridges are not for cooling meat, ESPECIALLY when the meat is partially outside of the fridge. Not only that but the way it has been shoved in is covering the cooling vents. I HOPE these do not go back on the shelves, these are not safe for consumption and as someone who used to work with meat before this is disgusting. Do better.
This place is full of racism.nnThe way we were treated was completely unacceptable, and I will definitely be taking this complaint further. No customer should ever experience this kind of treatment.nnI came to pick up my order and the staff member told me that because I did not order bags, they could not place the items into our car. This has never happened in any of our previous orders.nnAt the same time, the staff member helped another white family who also did not order bags by placing their food into their car.nnWhen we asked for her name, she refused to provide it. The attitude was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional.nnShe claimed this was “company policy.” When we politely asked her to show us the policy, she refused. Instead, she began raising her voice and using offensive language toward us.nnThe way we were treated made us feel very uncomfortable and possibly discriminated against. This is not the level of service customers should expect.
I had a very disappointing experience at Woolworths today. The older lady working at the self checkout was extremely rude and made me feel that i am doing somethingwrong. The way I was treated felt discriminatory and came across as racist. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their background. I hope Woolworths looks into this matter and reminds all staff to provide respectful and equal customer service.
Just for something new Hugh was at his/her absolute best Sunday July 27 being absolutely disgusting towards another customer who was trying to get some items replaced from an incorrectly packed on line order. Hugh needs to take a good look in the mirror. Woolworths should be disgusted by Hughes behaviour.
A great little supermarket with most things readily available. Can be a little tricky getting in and out of the car park, but otherwise it’s great.
