It's 1 p.m. on a Saturday and the store isn't stocked. Several aisles are empty or half empty. Where is the management?? The ice cream fridge section is also empty. What happened to this store??
A convenient supermarket but the carpark is horrendous. The entrance from Jasper Road is so tight and is difficult to get into and surely many near misses from cars colliding would occur.nHowever, the direct to boot service is good but I'm sure Woolworths used to have the collect window as a 2 hour timeframe ?. An hour is a bit slim but if you're short on time then this service is great.
There is always trolleys and debris in the Isles providing trip hazards especially to us that have difficulties with our eyesight. The staff are wearing earpods listening tonwhatever they have playing so they can't hear if you ask questions or want their attention for something. Last time I was there two young staff members were talking in one isle and I was in the next,. One boy was telling the other one about personal experiences on a previous date or something. It was nothing I really wanted to know about but impossible not to hear, even with the moderate industrial hearing loss I have. There was an older staff member in my isle also listening and sighing, but did not say anything to them to give heads up.nnIt appears they are more interested in unpacking the trolleys to stack the shelves than what they are providing customer safety and service.
Love this place as it's opened till late, much later compared to others in this area. The cashiers have always been nice and greeted me with a smile.
