My partner bought my engagement ring at Charles rose in Bourke street and he was very happy with the service and the help and advise he was given. Not pushy and very helpful. I absolutely love my ring and everytime I go in the shop for a clean I can say that the staff is just very caring and friendly. Can Recommend this store to everybody.

Gorgeous diamonds for incredible value. The staff whom we have dealt with for my engagement ring and our wedding rings went over and above to ensure that we are 100 satisfied with our purchase, whilst being incredibly patient during the process. We found that The CR diamonds and jewelry are exquisite & we will not be going anywhere else!

Such an amazing jeweller. So helpful and friendly. My fiancée had my engagement ring made here and I've just selected my wedding band to match! Beautiful jewellery and great customer service! Thanks Charles Rose!

Charles Rose staff are simply outstanding. For a little shop the staff are sterling. Service is 1st class, they make you feel very special and do everything they can to provide a comprehensive service without pushing product on to limbs. Anyone looking for a special gift for wedding through to that special something, Rebecca and the team are brilliant. Big thank you to the manager who helped with a non CR ring - It is so refreshing to have a complete service experience again - something seriously lacking across Australia. Cant thank you you enough guys n gals...keep up the wonderful service and vibe...I'll be recommending everyone and anyone to you - well deserved...you have made my wife to be a very very happy women!!!
