Today I got the first bad experience from Pandora Bourke street mall. I waiting around 15 minutes at the front and waiting for staff because I know Pandora policy then white - blond girl and her husband just go in the shop straight away So I walk I as well because no one notice me but staff just go to take care of them and not even ask that do I came first or not ? After choose charm, I ask about do the promotion still available? and she said "YES" without check anything and in the end I have to get bracelet that really bigger than my size I want 17 but it's run out, if she just check first I don't have t waste time and my feeling like this. So disappointed and don't want to comeback anymore
Very bad costumer service, the manager is very rude. I brought things last day and they left a chain didn’t give to me. I went to the store second day, where I already called them and explained the problem. When I went to the store, went to the counter, I saw the girl who sales me the chain last day, I wait for her to finish the customer she just served with. When she finished, I just said one word, ‘hello’, even when I haven’t finish this word, the rude manager just pause and yelling at me. She let that girl to serve the other people, i don’t even know they waiting for staff or just looking, why she yelling at me? Is that the attitude as a manager should do? Then, when I say to her I just want get my chain, she quickly pause me and let me wait, while the meantime, she had other customer to serve. I have never want to jump the queue of other guy who waiting for the staff, I just went to the store. I feel so disrespectful and disappointed, your fault at first, I just wanna get back my chain where I definitely should get, why u yelling at me I would never go back to this store, never
Jewelry chain store with a wide range of necklaces, rings, wrist bands and earrings. The staff are nice and welcoming. During sales and busy times, there is a que to avoid lot’s of people get in at once. They have sales from time to time.
Absolutely no customer service here whatsoever. Other than my husband and I, the store was empty. There were two staff members chatting between themselves the entire time, not even acknowledging that we'd entered the store. I'll spend my money elsewhere
This store is rude to customers! No change for new charms! There not want pay out different in price, when you will change new charms! Really bad customer service! This there have a lot bad review s! Go to a different Pandora shop, there have no problems to change new charms and pay out little price differences! Avoid this store really!!! There need better friendly and schooling staff! The young woman who works there serve me not really did not know where she find charms. And you couldn't watch them too, there took away all quick. Give you bad feelings, not treat like you should treat customers! And when pay cash there not want pay out 10 aid by change new charms!!!! And this around Christmas!!!! Who all people get presents.... Original recipient was by too! Go somewhere else- ------minus 1 star! Bad customer service!
I've been coming to this Pandora branch for many years, and each time I've been looked after well. Shoutout to Bella for being so lovely and efficient while helping me today! Keep looking after staff like Bella and this store will remain my preferred branch for years to come ^_^
Customer service at this store sucks, staff should get some serious training on serving customers. I was at the store for about 30 minutes, waiting for some one to attend there was no queue system or numbering in.place and yet the attendant kept serving customers who came after me and was rude to me when I requested to be served. NEVER setting foot in that store.
Came into this Pandora store earlier today with my partner because we were interested in buying a charm set for Christmas. However, we had three different staff ask to see if we have checked in already when the first staff had asked us already and we showed it to her. Felt extremely uncomfortable so we both left.
There's a lady who works here usually on Sundays.. Laney/laneigh.. tall blonde loaded with charm bracelets.. I'm not sure of the spelling. But anyway. This 5 star rating is for her. She's so accommodating, gave me and my partner almost 30 mins to just browse and look around at everything in the store. And then helped in choosing stuff to my liking. I bought more than I'd originally planned for. It was an anniversary treat from my partner and this experience was made very lovely. Want to go back again and just chat with this lovely lady to make more purchases. So satisfied with my shopping.
Great service - went to get a charm for mum. Staff welcomed me straightaway even though they were busy. They asked few questions to get to know what mum liked and were quick to suggest few good options - good experience overall.
