Tiffany & Co have always been wonderful to deal with. Their staff are knowledgeable and always provide sound advice. When we have made significant purchases we always get a personalised hand written note from our sales rep. We’ve had to use their repair centre a few times and they have done a fabulous job at keeping us informed and fixing any issues.

From the moment we were greeted at the door our experience was wonderful. A warm friendly smile by all staff that we came across was given and were asked by them ?if we were attended to or needed any help. Our sales person Valerie was most polite, patient, respectful and offered us many other options that were not on display until making our final purchase. We were offered a drink and patisseries while we waited for our purchases to be wrapped. I have made many purchases at your Collins st store. I remember my first purchase a few years ago walking in and hearing piano tunes being played live by a pianist.such a lovely touch, hopefully can bring this service back again in the future.? I've been to this store for a few times. I purchased an engagement ring earlier this year. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing and deciding on the special ring. Definitely recommend anyone coming to Tiffany's at Collins St.
