I came to Simon with an idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and he delivered a piece which both myself - and most importantly my now wife - were over the moon with. From the moment I spoke with Simon I knew the process would be a breeze. After my initial enquiry Simon called me back personally (no sales people here!) and assisted me in every facet of designing a ring that was unique and simply stunning. The personal touch really stood out for us so we had no hesitation in getting our beautiful wedding bands from Simon also. We could not recommend Simon West more highly. Professional, with a personal touch and all the care you need in producing your perfect piece of jewellery.

Simon was recommended to me by my older brother. As I had little idea of what choosing/buying an engagement ring would entail, I needed all the help I could get! He certainly pointed me in the right direction, as from the moment I walked in the door I felt at ease that Simon had my back for this important decision. He gave me great confidence in how much he cared for each individual piece of jewellery he made. I felt my opinion was respected and heard during the design process and the finished product was truly amazing. Not only was my fiancé over the moon but family and friends couldn't believe how beautiful the ring was. Simon and his team provided a great experience. As someone who walked through the door with little to no experience in jewellery I'm happy to say I've found the only jeweller I'll ever use again.

Both Emily and I could not be happier with the finished product. Simon's attention to detail throughout the entire process - design, concept, completion to collection was outstanding. It was important to us both to use a local jeweler that could encompass exactly what we were after. Simon came highly recommended and delivered on all fronts and we would gladly use him again. I didn't know the first thing about diamonds. Simon walked me through it all and explained everything perfectly. I trust him 100%. Top job.
