I had purchased an item that was meant to be brand new in a box for $39.95 and then was told it was out of stock. Mind you it was meant to be a christmas gift and was told someone was getting me the item from the back at the time of purchasing. She then returned with no item and was told that I was to have the display which was slightly damaged. I asked if I could at least have it in a box or packaged as it was a fragile item. The worker refused to safely package the item and said I must take it as is or you can go to another store. i wanted a box to prevent it from damaging and because she had poor customer service I asked for a refund. I was then told that my refund was approved and had left the store. I then checked my bank account online and they had deducted another $39.99 which meant I purchased another item. No refund occurred. I then showed and explained to the retail workers that the refund did not go through and I was charged for 2 items that I have not received. They refused to assist me and said that our system shows a refund was done i mean i could of told them that as i was there when she had said the refund was approved. I then asked to speak to the manager of the store and she had poor customer service herself. she refused to do anything further and asked me what I wanted her to do. I clearly wanted my money back which I still did not get post leaving the store. I was told that there were people dying in this world and that I was here complaining about their service and poor customer service. The fact I did not get a refund was not in her interest. I was told that i was complaining at an inappropriate time, mind you they were open at the time. I was charged for 2 items which I do not have and that I was no longer welcome back into the store. i had no intention of even coming back to a poorly run store. she also told me that the girl who served me was 17 and she made a mistake about the stock she had in the store she works at. i then told her that if your workers are not well equipped for the job why would you hire them? i have also worked in retail and know how customers should be treated and how retail stores should run, she clearly made multiple mistakes as she was not clearly trained to do a refund. My issue was poorly doubt with so trust me, do not shop here. They steal your money, accuse you of lying and ban you from their stores because there to tired to deal with any issues you may have with a purchase.

They may not have a working phone. But they are honest lovely people. I lost my book in the store and next day, they had it there waiting for me. I love ishka!!! Ishka 4 lyf
