I m so disappointed today with swarovski i went there for exchange my earnings which is not comfortable. They got very rude and bad staff they talk to me very rudely and miss behave with me.

This is my fav brand to shop for, but unfortunately at this store, the staff member in this store was trying to sell us a necklace with a pendant that didn't sit right when wearing it, the staff member male tried to say that was how it was meant to be, load of crock as it shouldn't be on the shelf because it had a defect & it kept turning so you only saw the back of the pendant& not the front of it!! Store is also quite small

Swarovski has moved store location from being next to David Jones to near Pandora level 2 at Southland. The new store looks amazing with lots of glitz and glam.
They treat you so well here! Everything is expensive but what else can you expect for fine crystals
