I visited the Tiffany Chadstone store this evening to purchase a gift and it was the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. My husband was approached first by Sonja and when he advised her that I was the purchaser, she seemed disinterested. When I showed her jewellery images on my phone, she pointed to one in the showcase in front of me and said '..that's it there but in gold..' (when in fact it was completely different design than the image I showed her). I asked about several more pieces , including an aquamarine bracelet , which Sonja said came in a bigger size and when I asked was it the stone or the bracelet she mockingly said ' the stone' and then said they didn't have any of the other pieces I was interested in, in the store. I was surprised that Sonja didn't show me any alternative pieces or even inquire who the gift was for so she could provide some advice, My husband and I have made previous purchases at Tiffany Chadstone and we will not again. I told her I would go elsewhere as her customer service was poor and then on leaving the store I told the security guard the same thing and he said ' don't tell me I'm just security'. Very poor form! The Tiffany brand was tarnished this evening. I purchased instead at Georg Jensen and received the most professional, customer service from Georgia .

Very very poor customer service at the chadstone store! I was served by Sonja as well and was very disappointed with her customer service and I seriously think Tiffany should talk to her and that she should receive more training! I went there yesterday with my hubby and was gonna get a push present and a valentine's present! Waited for 15 mins which I knew it's one of the busiest day so I just walked around with patience. I then notice there was a flower corner and was amazed by how beautiful the decoration is. Sonja walked pass so I asked her whether they are for purchase and she just said "no" and looked at me as if I am a greedy person!!!! I then asked her whether she is with someone or if she is available and she just said" I just have to check who is next" and walked to the security. Then I spent another 10 mins waiting and realised the security kept sending staffs to people who came after me so I went to the security and said to him politely that I actually came before those people. The security just shrug his shoulders and said sorry. I asked him whether I can be the next and he laughed and said "ok". I was furious! Is that what to expect from Tiffany a world famous brand????

Our sales assistant Alicia was most polite,friendly,patient and attentive. We were also politely greeted at the door by the door staff. While waiting for our purchase to be wrapped we were offered a seat and something to drink.. a follow up hand written note that was posted out to me by Alicia was a pleasant and appreciated gesture. To both the door staff and Alicia we rate u a perfect 5..we visited the store 2 times in the last month but these two times regretfully service was not as prompt, enthusiastic and attentive as our experience with Alicia was. So last 2 visits we will rate a lower score of 2. Krisoula and George.

Today I visited the store and shop attendant was very patient, polite and well trained for customer service. I didn't get her name but I really appreciate great shopping experience I had today.

I went in intending on buying a specific bracelet and was greeted with the most hostile staff ever. Having been very unpleasantly surprised, I requested a different employee to help me, who treated me with almost as much contempt. I was already going to purchase something, there was no need to "sus" me out. Furthermore, to the staff serving, we are customers shopping here. You are staff working there and have no superiority over us. Honestly, the online website would give you a better service experience than in store. I think that when you're willing to spend a lot at a store that's supposed to be 50% service and 50% product, you deserve employees that treat you better than if you shop at a non-premium store. Won't be returning.
