Exceptional service by Silvia at the Chadstone store. This aligns perfectly with what you would expect at Cartier: one of the greatest luxury jeweller and watchmaker brands. Silvia goes above and beyond for my wife and I, always offering us to try watches and jewellery. She is very knowledgeable, not just in the timepieces in the store but also with the history of Cartier's watches and jewellery too. Silvia is very passionate about her role, and that makes our experience and interactions very genuine and enjoyable. She is very friendly and always thinking of us: making appointments to save us from waiting outside the store, and messaging us with recommendations for new collections/jewellery we may like. We've purchased our wedding rings from her, some jewellery too, and I cannot wait to purchase my next watch from here too. Highly recommend - thank you Silvia!
A massive thank you to Ciaro Liu who assisted me with my very first purchase from Cartier. Her lovely manner, care and knowledge was exceptional! She even gave me a sample parfum and had my gift wrapped.
Very pleasant service at Cartier Chadstone. Made an appointment online, I was running a little late so called to let them know and they rescheduled me to an hour later. On arrival I was offered a refreshment and Silvia the SA provided the best service possible. She was very attentive, knew her products and was very easy to communicate with. I am happy with my purchase and will be coming back in the near future
Worst shopping experience EVER! Will not definitely come back at all! The salespersons Tina are not professional nor responsible. She overpromised something to make you pay the deposit and then easily break her promise after that. The team leaders are also poor at the customer service. Did not how to communicate with clients, not to mention how to handle the complaints. More training should be provided to salesperson and team leaders, especially honesty and professionalism. DO NOT LEAVE THE AUTOMATIC REPLY TO ME because I have sent email to your customer service a week ago without any response.
I went in to the chadstone store today and was served by Silvia. I was very impressed by her service. I felt a little intimidated when walking in as I had not purchased from this brand before. However Silvia was so kind and welcoming she made me feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond to make each detail of my experience special. Thank you Silvia
The worst customer service I ever had. The sales representative at my first appointment was unhelpful. Sincedue the system breakdown, she was unable to register the battery replacement for my watch. She promised to reschedule the appointment but never came back to me. I used the online chat service to check the stock availability before visiting the appointment. Eric, at the online chat, said stock is available, but actually, it’s not. The sales representative for my second appointment is unhelpful as well. I’m very disappointed with the service.
Worst after sale service experience ever from Freya Tang. Don’t even want to go through the process of describing in details what happened Nice sales staff when you put down the money to buy something fancy but when it comes to after sale service, Freya was very judgemental towards my partner and questioned why he wearing an Apple Watch? She made me so uncomfortable the whole time.

I can't really comment on the store they didn't even really want me in there. It's a Saturday and I wear jeans and a hoodie, this seems a common occurrence, judging by other reviews. I was looking for a fragrance but was told sorry we don't have that. Not even an offer to get it in. Furthermore the suggestion to see what else that they had was half hearted. I actually was going to look for more than just the fragrance but if that is the attitude I shan't be back to this store. Went to Mont blanc and entirely different service they got my custom today and likely moving forwards too.
Excellent service from both Christian and Silvia, patiently asisting us and ensuring our new rings were absolutely perfect and presented exceptionally! Another loyal customer added to Maison de Cartier!
