Took nearly 1 hour to get 1 pouch refunded. 
It should not take that long & the customer should be advised they will be waiting 10 minutes - rather than saying I’ll brb.

I recently purchased a necklace and a bracelet, but when I went home, I realised that the necklace had broken. I brought it back, but it turned out the employee had incorrectly scanned two bracelets instead of a necklace and a bracelet and said that because of their mistake, they couldn't do anything about it. To top it off, the employee dropped the crystal from the necklace that had fallen off and broke it, and then tried to blame me for the break, stating that it was already cracked when I brought it in. They said that a manager would be in contact with me by Tuesday, but I have not heard back from them a week later. Service was extremely rude and unprofessional, and customers should not be blamed for employee mistakes and wrongdoings.

I was trying to get something nice for my girl and there were more staff then customers and they just completely ignored me even when I went up to them they just acted like I wasn’t there. Just carried on there on convocation worst shop at chadstone better off at Pandora

I was very disappointed how the staff acts, like their better than you I wanted to buy 3 clutches and a necklace and they acted like they wouldn't give the time of day like it was a problem and they didn't want to help

I've been here twice in two months, first time I was sold a broken earring. The second I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes just to purchase my item. Two registers isn't enough, especially with staff working as slowly as possible on registers..
