Having a bad experience at the store. The first lady who attended is not really friendly. And after that is second lady who attended us. She was really friendly. We asked her how much in total for what we have choose and she gave us the total amount. And we bought it until we back home we unpacked it and find out that she double charged us on the same item. Which is she extra charged us for the O pedant. Try call them. They said can't do anything have to walk in yet we already left city we are 4 hours away from city. How could we go back to the store.
Refused to exchange the item for a size smaller me when its within 30 days of purchase. Got it exchanged with no questions asked at The Glen. Disgusting store Won't come again.
Staff is unexperienced, I came in last sunday for 15mins but they all busy serving customers but didn't even give me a greet, when other customers came in, a short-hair staff greeted her and served her first instead of me waiting nearly half an hour, I think she is 'Elan' ?. Don't recommend this Pandora in Chadstone, Emporium has much more professional staffs
Disorganised. Could see two or three sales personnel attending the same customer. No first come first serve policy. Frustrating experience. Happened more than one. Never returning!

A HUGE thank you to Chelsea this morning with her help in selecting my rose gold jewellery pieces. The Chadstone store had a great range of rose gold and I loved both the 45cm pendant and the longer chain that is adjustable in length and can have charms added later. The pieces were exactly what I was looking for.
Had a very pleasant experience at pandora with Alisha’s professional and friendly service. She was patient and ensured my needs were met - exactly the person I seeked as it was my second time shopping from Pandora. I went to the pandora in chadstone but the store was super busy me and my mates are from Colombian so we noticed kind of racism as we were watting around one hour Rose-Marie didn’t want to help us even that she knew that we arrived time ago she stated to help people that arrived after us we kind ask her for help Couple of times she refused with a very negative actitud we felt that it was because we are not Australians and the other people of course it’s form here.
The first person in store who attended to give my click and collect was not polite at all. But Nadia came around and helped me when I was looking around trying to engrave a charm at the shop. She was really kind, informative and helpful. Thanks Nadia
At first, I felt so upset with a lady who served me initially as she didn't seem to have respectful attitude to customers. However, a lovely staff called Chelsea did amazing job comfortimg my initial disappointment. She took her time and effort to meet customer need with a great courtesy.
