Ishka is somewhat of a mixed bag as far as I'm concerned. One particular recycled sideboard I purchased from Chadstone Ishka arrived with a splintered leg and broken brass handle.  Upon contacting staff at the Chadstone store, their first suggestion was to freight the piece back to the Ishka warehouse for repairs at my expense.  I'd already spent $850 + delivery and wasn't about to spend any more through no fault of my own.

After some to and fro, we agreed that $100 would be deposited into my account and I'd source my own repairs.  Fortunately, my husband performed some pretty tasteful handiwork and I like the piece, though my policy is, if I can't fit it in the car, I'm not buying it from Ishka.
