The staff are extremeful unhelpful and unprofessional!! Their customer service is well below average!! I bought some clothes online with afterpay and I wanted to return the clothes and get a credit note but the staff kept being persistant that my only option was to exchange the dress on that particular day and time. I bought the dress online when it was 40% off and because of them, I ended up spending more money on a different dress (I had to pay full price) because the 40% off promotion was over. The second time I bought some clothes online which were again on sale, I called the head office to ask them the procedure for return and they told me I can do returns instore and get a gift card for future purchases; so I went back to the Dotti at Chadstone shopping centre, a different staff told me the same thing; that I will have to choose something else and they cannot issue a gift card. I told her that I spoke to someone at head office and they have advised me that I can get a gift card with the amount paid for the items. She looked as if I was being a pain in the a** and asked another girl to issue the gift card. I am never ever stepping my foot in that store again!!!!
