I had a very disappointing experience with Chemist Warehouse at Chadstone Shopping Centre. I purchased a Diptyque fragrance as a special gift for my partner, only to find that the bottle inside was completely broken and empty when we opened it, even though the box and cover were in perfect condition.nnThis was a significant inconvenience, especially since it was meant to be a thoughtful gift. I expected better quality control from a store of this reputation. I have reached out to customer service and am still waiting for a resolution. I hope they take responsibility and address this issue promptly. Very frustrating experience!
I had the best experience with Abu sualeh dhillon, hope I got the name right. He was exceptionally knowledgeable when it came to perfumes. He helped me find the perfect scent for a gift and it was very affordable too. As a retail worker myself, it makes me so happy to meet such great people who are so helpful. Thank you Abu sualeh!

What a ridiculous behaviour by your Indian security guard with glasses. As we enter the store he was just following me and my friend like we were doing shop-lifting. I have notice this kind of behaviour before as well but today it was over the limit, he would follow me on every aisle i go and keep staring at me and my friend got free samples from the lady inside and checked out the whole thing thru the counter and for some reason the alarm beeped as they had issue with that and the guard came to us and behave rudely and starting to check everything thing we got and everything was fine and then he point to the free samples and says “ what’s that are you stealing?”, this was his exact words. Had some argument and ruined our day and Never take free samples.nStore manager should take some serious action on that guy.nP.s: He also said that make complaints, I don’t care
