This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I have purchased a Hair A-Gain product from the Chadstone My Chemist and I wanted to return it and get a refund within the 7 days period as I have realized that it is a product which I have to continue using throughout the lifetime which I don't want to do. Change of mind! Within 7 days period! Unused! and I had the receipt with me. The pharmacist Helen Zhu was absolutely harsh and gave me a real hard time yesterday and refused to do a refund due to the fact that the packaging was not in the original condition as at the time of the purchase. It is a matter of using common sense I believe! How can the box is exactly same as at the time of the purchase when you take it home with your other shopping bags? The worst customer service ever!!

Worst chemist ever. They take 10 minutes just to give you your prescription. 

And for some reason, why do the staff not have any awareness on the metal of the earrings next the counter?

Worst customer service. I was here on a weekend with my fiance. We had done some shopping during the day and I had Eno & indigestion capsules from coles. As it was a self checkout and just two things I usually don't take a receipt. While she was buying I popped two capsules and my guess is someone in the store saw it and thought I just shoplifted it. After our purchases we were asked to present our bags. Now,theres nothing wrong with that and I happily told them they can check in their system and see that the product is not from their store. 
    They made us wait for 15 minutes, ruined our day. Instead of just scanning the products they guy was busy checking the cameras. As if he was absolutely sure that it's from their store and I nicked it. Never stepping in this store again.
