No concept of customer service. Today we waited a good few minutes for one of the three staff members behind the counter to serve or greet us. Not one of them said hello or how can I help. They all stood there gossiping with eachother. Utterly useless, we ended up walking out. If you want good customer service do NOT go to this chemist.

Expensive items compare to other pharmacy stores but you can find most of the products which may not be available at other stores.

Sat morning , waited 20min past opening time, never opened...had to go to start work.

Was a bit devastated never had an issues here except I rushed there before they closed I got there with just over 10mins to spare and they were closed early I think the staff snuck out early cause it was a Friday night very frustrating
