I recently went to this pharmacy straight after a nasty fall. Pharmacist Rose devoted considerable time to helping me. She went above and beyond to provide every kind of first aid and care that she could, including dressing wounds. I couldn’t have asked for more professional and caring service.

I am really disappointed with the customer service at this pharmacy. Every time I come here, the staff is unhelpful and doesn't seem to care about the customers. I always have to wait a long time, and when I ask for assistance, I feel like I'm being ignored. This is very frustrating,nI hope the management takes this seriously and improves the quality of service.

Could be better if service from the pharmacists is better. The pharmacists are too slow on handing med's, they talk more and deliver less. They don't think that people are waiting for over 45 minutes standing in a queue to receive their prescription med's.

Miss Rose, a highly skilled pharmacist at the chemist warehouse, demonstrates excellence and extensive knowledge in her field. Her cooperative nature and dedication to customer service enhance the overall experience. My interactions with her have been nothing short of exceptional.

Wrongly priced products strike 1 had an argument that they overcharged they finally relented and refunded the overcharge. Bought another product and it's missing a key component, told over the phone we will see what we may do. Absolute rubbish service, more updates tomorrow when l return faulty product. Never shopping here again.
