Had a really positive experience at Chemist Warehouse Dandenong on Tuesday evening, thanks to Suraj Gupta, the pharmacist. I was a bit unsure about one of my medications and mentioned that I’d been feeling hesitant to start it because of some side effects I’d read about online. His calm and patient attitude instantly put me at ease. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, rather than just getting through the line. I went to Chemist Warehouse Dandenong on Saturday evening and was helped by the pharmacist, Suraj Gupta. He was really nice and took his time to explain everything properly. Soraj is an excellent pharmacist—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. He takes the time to explain medications clearly and makes sure you feel confident and cared for. Highly recommended!

Staff at the counter don’t even know what basic gastritis means . Staff has to be more polite and helpful because people cone here sick and they are in pain . The girl at the counter was she was rude and did’t even wanted to speak properly . No reason for doing this job .

Pharmacist Suraj was extremely helpful with my visa verification. He assisted me and my family, and although we were told the process would take about 15 minutes, he got everything done quickly and smoothly. Really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism!
