The head Pharmacist is excellent but his male assistant not. He made a crucial mistake in my Medication which would have probably ended up with me going into a Coma but thank God the head Pharmacist picked it up and gave me the right Medication when checking. I couldn't believe how careless his assistant was! Otherwise good service.
My elderly mother who came in with her carer to buy a pair of Homypeds, was treated with utter destain, the woman was stony faced and would not assist, when my mum asked questions. My mother has mobility issues and homey peds are the only shoes she can wear. Mum went to Terry White Dandenong as this is one place she can purchase, needless to say mum was so uncomfortable she felt like she was a burden to the customer service woman who I repeat offered no assistants mum left the shop empty handed, she will never go back and neither will any member of our family and acquaintances to treat anyone that appalling, I believe Terry White Dandenong should review their employees or at least send them for customer service and empathy training. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND APPALLED
Great service I went yesterday to store for medicine meant to keep me away from liver transplant but staff didn't feel like serving so they come up with lie Medicare card takes 24 hours to activate so surprised to experienced staff too lazy to work and white LIARSdoing that SO IF YOU DON'T RESPECT YOUR LIFE I PREFER YOU GO TERRY WHITE AT DANDENONG PLAZA THEY HELP GOOD TO GET TO GOD
I had received excellent customer service from a kind young man, he had helped me with my knee joint by suggesting Glucosamine. 19/5/2019.
These guys have one of the worst customer service ever. No one wants to approach to help and instead want to stand and backstab their manager. You just lost a customer. Will never walk in there again.
Expired products on shelves. Happened with me twice. Thank God I saw the expiry date before giving the medicine to my son.

The girl who works the counter here does not have a personality for customer service... Every time I come here she's stony faced and sarcastic
