Terrible customer service and the manager doesn’t take accountability for the customer experience.  Still waiting on a call back to resolve an issue.  Would give zero stars if I could. Long time customer, will now never go back.

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen and received. No Empathy whatsoever in solving their customers issues or concerns.
The place is always over crowded and you usually have to wait a minimum 15 to 30 minutes to get served. And then they rush you to get to other customers.

I bought stardust bracelet today and like cust service and she promised to call if I wanna exchange in more good colour coming up Jan 2015....she ask me left no and remind me I got 30 days exchange....love it and satisfied
