My partner and I were extremely happy with the service we received. We were after a very specific type of stone and setting which was not on display in store. Patrick from the start was very helpful and insightful helping us find a setting and then pairing it with the perfect stone. The whole experience was excellent not to mention the other staff on the floor chipping in to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for! We highly recommend this company if your after good quality and friendly knowledgeable service.

We had an exceptional experience with Gregory Jewellers. When shopping for an engagement ring, Amy was so wonderful in helping us find the perfect diamond that was absolutely stunning and I have had so many compliments on it being so sparkly. Gregory's have an impressive selection of watches.  After seeing online they had the model I was interested in, I used their online messaging to arrange a time to visit.  On arrival, Raymond was welcoming, and during my appointment his service was excellent.  It was a very enjoyable experience, thanks to Raymond and Peng.

From the moment I entered the store I was greeted with kindness and gentleness. I was attended to by Patrick who was most helpful. He enquired about what I was looking at and then sat me down, offered me a drink and explained diamonds to me. Together we picked the diamond I wanted and then customised a pair of earrings for me. He was not pushy at all. He was happy for me to go away and think about it. I went to x2 other stores before entering Gregory, and the service was not to the level it was here. The other staff also were attentive to my questions about their opinions on sizing. I so happy with this store and its service. I can’t recommend a better Jewellers. I can’t wait to get my earrings! Lovely staff with very beautiful pieces! I came here for my 21st birthday and Thea was very accomodating. She helped me pick out a beautiful necklace and I can't wait to come back to add to my collection!

Inquired about possibly getting an engagement ring here and Thea was very helpful and informative. She gave me a full rundown of what is involved with designing a ring and what each detail meant.  I'll definitely be back when the time is right to get the engagement ring here.
