After walking the CBD for hours looking for a ring, we walked past Franco's. The window display was enticing. We were welcomed in and immediately given chairs, such a relief after walking around and standing up all morning. I tried on several lovely rings and after a short time made a tentative decision. We went and had a coffee to discuss the purchase. We returned to Franco's and with the help of Daniela, ordered a beautiful champagne diamond surround by 20 brilliant cut diamonds. I am so happy with this lovely gift from my husband, and so very happy with the service from Franco's.
Daniela was a pleasure to deal with, my Wife & I just recently got custom made wedding rings from Franco Jewllers. At every step of the production process Daniela kept us in the loop. The rings are amazing and thanks again Daniela.

I designed my own engagement ring down to the very detail and Franco’s Jewellers brought my creation to life. Daniela and her sister Silvana made the whole process so easy for us and the ring was finalised all within a short span of 3 months. They were very friendly, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and eager to answer all my many questions. Franco jewellers offer exceptional customer service and jewelry pieces. Incredibly happy with a special occasion bracelet we purchased, which had been made so beautifully. We also entrusted the girls to redo my wedding band, and fix my engagement ring from another jeweler. They came out wonderfully. Both Daniella and Silvana take the time to really listen, source and put together the perfect piece of jewelry for your needs.
Franco Jewellers helped me find a specific 18ct gold chain in a design that I had not been able to find elsewhere! Daniella was extremely friendly and down to earth from day one and a pleasure to deal with. She was prompt in her communications with me and very helpful when giving me options for the right chain to suit my budget. I have purchased jewelry from Franco's in the past and have always known their jewelry to be of the highest quality Italian gold. I highly recommend Franco Jewellers!
