Worst customer service and frustrating to deal with! Bought 2 bedside tables but they were terribly faulty. We only received our replacement after another month, and they were faulty again. Finally, we got our refund 2 months after we bought them. No one answered the phone 9 out of 10 times when we called them. I'm sure if there was more transparency, they would have been more trustworthy.
What an experience. I called in earlier and spoke to Jai, helpful, prompt and courteous. Had to swap a purchased online and it was a no drama issue. Ended up buying more, because Jai realised all my online orders were sort off all over the place. He made it easy and took over the hassle of organising it all and sorted it smoothly. These small gestures make you feel, we still need these bricks and mortar stores for this perfect shopping experience.
Never answers the phone. Same number for all their stores with only an option to have my call returned whenever that will be. Who wants to wait around for that? No one answers the 1300 number either and just put in an automated queue to have my call taken - I’m calling from a mobile! Only wanted to ask if they still had a large furniture item in stock as didn’t want to make the big trek back to highpoint for nothing if it was already sold out. Similar deal happened last year in trying to get through for something else and thought maybe they had technical issues but guess not. Is it really that difficult to have a phone setup instore so that any potential customers can actually reach you in real-time and give you their business? I’ve worked in retail for years and I’m quite sure the staff would be very competent at being able to also take some customers calls during the day?? At least it seems some value has been placed in responding to google comment reviews. Hoping this review will see about getting phones setup in their actual stores again for some good old fashioned service. Seriously.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a piece of furniture that weighs over 30kg. Nothing in store to assist with trying to transport the item to my car. Unwilling to assist with delivery. After nearly 3mths of repeated attempts to contact them, finally got them to agree to a refund and now 2mths later, I’m still waiting for the refund that was promised to take 5 business days. No one answers the phone or returns messages and when you finally do speak with someone they are rude and condescending.
Purchased a salt lamp online and was sent the wrong item, I payed extra for shipping to avoid having to travel an hour one way to the nearest store. In the end I still had to travel instore and when I got there I was refused a refund as they didn't have that salt lamp in stock even through their website clearly states instore refunds are allowed! Very disappointed that the company hasn't taken ownership for their mistakes and I am now stuck with the wrong item which was a Christmas gift for a friend.
Love the music, peaceful & chilled! Large space, an array of amazing products @ a great price. Staff are pleasant with a personality to draw in a crowd. Often difficult when only one person left solo to operate the registers & handle everything else that requires to be addressed. Over all, the staff do an amazing job & keep up the great work.
I bought a sterling silver bracelet with emerald stones on 2/12/2016. Returned 2 weeks later as one of the stones fell out.. I was happy to be told it could be fixed the next day. Finally got a call 26/01/2017 my bracelet is ready.I picked up the bracelet to find the stone was glued the wrong way around. Absolutely pathetic customer service from start to finish which I didn't bore you with the store manager telling me the bracelet wasn't bought from them until she saw the receipt and the numerous phone calls I made in between. Really frustrating!!! Update was told to bring the bracelet back which I did I called 4 days later still not ready then told we will call you when it's ready
Literally given up on this store. Just ignored me every time I’ve gone to potentially buy something from them. Huge contrast to the Eastland store in Ringwood! The girl who served me there that day was so vibrant & gave me the time of day the second I walked in...& that store was actually busy as apposed to highpoint store where you could of heard a coin drop it was that quiet. Doesn’t take selling a kidney to say hello guys.
It's not how much you give discount, it's all about how much respect you will give to your customers. Worst service ever, today we've visited the store by 4:40 to take the product we bought 4 days back, staff asked us to bring one trolley from Woolworths as there is no enough staff to carry heavy table. We came back by 4:58 but it is closed. We started requesting the staff to give the table she asked us to wait until she pack everything in the store. She's unable to arrange the delivery also she's taking too much time to give the product which we already bought. Also staff was mentioning that the athourity doesn't pay her for doing extra service or work after closing. Again we have to come all the way from tarneit to pick up our order. Please try to improve your serve. Your service is worse that you can't assist your Customers. If this is the way no one will come to your store second time.
Does Not Deserve To Be In Business Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced - 2 female employees were rude and aggressive - they obviously did not want to be there and certainly did not want to help any customers - when I complained that I had waited over 20minutes to see a piece of jewellery in the cabinet I was dismissed by the manager who was busy talking down the back and told by the two female employees "don't you dare complain - it's Xmas what do you expect" - "we've got 40 pallets to unload - what do you expect us to do?" "Show some customer service skills," I replied - they scowled at me, ignored me and I walked out taking my $350 with me.
