A happy Store with lots of friendly staff. There’s a bargain to be found if you get there fast enough to snap it up. Always a good idea to test things before purchasing because of the nature of second hand goods. All electrical items also come with warranty and trade ins are always welcomed. Awesome parking at the back but quite hard to reach sometimes because of the busy intersection.

They sold me a PC. I didn't get a chance to open the PC case until a few weeks later. When I opened up the case I found the inside of the case littered with old mouse feces, which can potentially carry all sorts of diseases. I complained but they wouldn't even offer me a refund as I was outside the 7 day refund offered on item. Absolutely horrible, ended up just chucking it out. I would recommend to anyone and everyone not to shop at that diseased store.

CC Yarraville has the most friendly staff and everyone in there always seems to be enjoying what they do. It's a great vibe in there and the customer service in my experience has been A+
