I purchased a Morganite Diamond Rose Gold ring, only after 3 days the Morganite turned really dull. It costed me $1299, it doesn’t even look the same as it did in the shop. The ring doesn’t look like it’s worth $1299, it’s a very simple ring with not much diamond carats either. It looks no more than the price range between $399 - $499. I wouldn’t recommend their products to anyone, as I have experienced a huge disappointment on my very first purchase. Not only that, I saw another ring the same day, on that day the staff said it’s $445 and the next day another staff said it’s $799. The original price of the ring is $899. They literally demand any price they want. If a ring is $445 why on earth would it’s value increase the next day? I am not even talking about sale, the ring wasn’t on sale. They just demanded different price on different days. I purchased a jewellery cleaning solution too, it doesn’t make my Morganite ring shine either. Oh and be careful about putting honest reviews on their website as they reject it! Doing business doesn’t mean selling poor quality products and demanding high price. You can surely put a high price tag but only if the product is great quality.

great customer service and price.. the staff do their best to make sure you get a good price and what you had in mind. I bought my engagement ring and wedding band there :).. they also give good warranty for diamond.
