Went in the Hoppers crossing store, after had been to some other stores, where staff stood at the counter and just pointed to the window where I may find what I was looking for. But when I went to this store I was greeted by Avial, was so helpful tried her best to find me something that may match with what I already had, without asking she was able to understand my price range and find me something. Not only was she understanding she was not at all pushy. Thank you for giving me good customer service Avial, i will be back to see you.
Walked in with a friend who was looking for a gift for her mother, the girl serving named Arial was super rude and asked if I was the mother. After she was informed I wasn't the mother she began to laugh in embarrassment, which made the situation alot worse! I suggest the staff at this prouds get trained to not assume and treat all customers with respect and kindness.
Terrible customers service! They do not acknowledge customers in the store because they are too busy chatting amongst themselves. I went in the store twice this morning with not one person said hello to me or asking if I needed any help.
Went into the store for a refund and got told about the no exchange policy… but was approached by the manger abusing and yelling at me in the store. Absolutely horrible experience, never ever will I go back. That “manager” should not be allowed to continue to work.
Really prompt service, the lady who served us was extremely friendly and could tell she loved what she was doing, and made sure to check anything they were unsure of before giving an answer.
I find it difficult to say I have ever had a positive experience in this store. The staff are rude, not approachable ever. Today when I went into the store I was not acknowledged despite wanting to buy something. The staff need retraining in customer service.
Ive had bad experiences with prouds in the past, but today wasn't that day. Greeted and served by taryn as soon as I walked in, was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions.
Got a ring repaired as I had lost the gem, prouds gladly took the ring in and sent it off to their jewler and was a very present experience I was a bit disappointed that they do not have any follow up procedures as I was not made aware at all that my ring was back in store and was told when I went in asking if it was back that they do not call customers back But the ring was done beautifully:
Exceptional customer service from " Arial" today. We visited perhaps 6 jewellery shops to find the right chain for myself for the Fathers day, our search ended up with Prouds. Arial was so friendly, lovely, professional, amazing & very helpful in recommending the right choice for our budget. Wishing you the best Arial. Good job Prouds for hiring such an amazing staff.
