I went to Larsen Jewellers to purchase a ring for my wife after reading the great reviews here and browsing their online catalogue. I was attended to by Rod who was courteous, friendly and listened to my requirements. He explained the different types of diamonds available and showed me examples of the design I had in mind. While the ring design I had chosen was a modification of an existing design in their catalogue, the end product was stunning. Needless to say my wife loved it.

Alex at Larsen Jewellery was absolutely brilliant in helping us create a custom three-piece set of engagement and wedding rings. He also made us matching custom earrings. Through every part of the process from designing the rings’ shape to choosing the stones Alex was extremely professional and demonstrated his expertise in a friendly and helpful manner. I would highly recommend Larsen for top quality custom made jewellery!

We had the best experience at Larsen Jewellery. We're from Perth and had gone to a lot of jewellers here. None of them had anything I liked and the ones that did custom made rings told us that our budget wasn't big enough and tried to sell us something more expensive. I found out about Larsen online and booked in an appointment during a weekend we were going to be in Melbourne. From the minute we walked into the store it was obvious that this was going to be a completely different experience than we had in other stores. Pol made us feel incredibly welcome and showed us a few diamonds that fit our budget. He gave us plenty of information about everything and showed us all the different options. Never once did he makes us feel our budget wasn't big enough or did he try to push a more expensive ring on us. He advised us every step of the way and by the end of the day he had emailed us a drawing of the ring. A few weeks later the ring got sent to Perth. It was even more beautiful than I expected. I've been wearing it every single day and have been getting so many compliments about it. It honestly couldn't have been a better experience.

Great quality professional jewelers, I went in after work one day looking for an engagement ring. I was greeted by Alex, where he showed me a few different styles of rings. I returned a few days later and placed a deposit down. I would recommend Larsen to friends and family over one of the franchise chains.

Designed and created the perfect ring for my now fiancee with the patient help of Fleur and the team. Always available whenever I had questions or wanted to pop in and made the experience of ring shopping a lot less stressful. The quality of the customer service is matched by quality of the craftsmanship
