Terrible customer service. Staff are unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Prices and selection aren't great. Was greeted by possibly the rudest human being in the world. Bearded hunchbacked fellow. Would give 0 stars if I could. 100% avoid.

The store presenter is just so indifferent and rude that she asked us “Have you been to Cartier? They have set rings you may want.” And she told us “we are a chain store; you would not get here what you want.” I want to give them minus score.

I just received some help that was amazing over the phone she gave a care and really wanted to help me! Thank you! Uana im sorry if i miss spelt your name i just wanted to give you my thanks again as you are the only person that i have spoken to from an angus and coote store that did and helped me at all and followed through successfully, thank you again! You are a Gem! People like you is the reason why i will be back.

Disappointing service with obnoxious staff who obviously didn't want to be there. I didn't want to be there either after that encounter.
