Unfortunately I don't have a good review I purchased a ceramic ring and several other items in September they were more than happy to take my money some several thousand dollars, I recently went to eat an apple and when clinching the apple to take a bite the ceramic ring broken in half in my hand which was on my finger. My daughter has tried since to return the ring And staff are saying that what happens with those rings (funny my wife has one of there $6500 ceramic numbers just waiting for that to break) my advice you don't get wot you pay for these people all smiles til they have ur money

I have been purchasing from this store for over 6 years and know all the staff, love the fact there are many mature aged employees in this store who provide outstanding service and know their products. The watches are my favourite!

Store needs an update and the staff need to be re-trained in customer service for such an up market brand. I've never met someone so rude at the front sitting down as you enter on the left sitting at the computer. The lady had a dark complexion with a French accent who wouldn't give me her name. She spoke to me in such a rude manner and like it was my fault and my problem. Donna was nice who helped me with the sale. The gentleman in the bags area was lovely and friendly and knowledgeable. Such a shame for my first time visiting and purchasing from Bvlgari

Terrible service, the worst I have ever experienced for a high end store. Went to the store to pick up my bracelet which was being repaired only to find out that they had reattached a clasp which was too small (meaning they hadn't even tested it before sending it back) so it had to be sent back for repair once more. No offer was made to reduce the $280 charge to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. When I asked for a reduction I was told it would be considered. However, when they rang to say it was ready to be picked up, I was told they still wanted the full $280. It was very disappointing to have to argue a case and they finally relented. After going back a second time to pick up my bracelet, it was handed to me in a cheap, used plastic bag. Not at all the standard for a luxury product. The store gives Bvulgari a terrible name and I shall never go there again.
