Very impressed with the work they did on my ring - the job was not standard and it turned out great. Thanks very much for thinking outside the box and allowing my ring to fit perfectly. Susan

Very highly recommended. The restoration work on my antique watch was amazing. Customer service equally as good.

They fixed my ruby ring which had fallen out and had to redo the ring size, although they didn't have to replace it. Lovely service but rather expensive. The entire fix cost twice as more as the ring was worth. However the workmanship is wonderful and they've cleaned it up nicely. Recommend calling before going as their opening times are only Wednesday to Friday as opposed to what is written on the website. Was offered a tiny discount if I was to put a 5 star google review on, which I thought was cheeky but resourceful. Feel like I should be honest, I would use them again. Even though they are expensive -you pay for what you get. Which is quality. Hopefully the Ruby doesn't fall out again as they've guaranteed their workmanship. I would recommend them. Thanks K.

I needed a watch repair so I went around cbd and asked put their prices, he was the fairest most honest one, others just threw up random prices, but he offered to open the watch and see exactly what he needs and then give me a price estimation. Also did my job in a day only. KEPP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS
