I bought a limited series Mille Miglia watch in October 2010 and I had to have it serviced 6 times in 7 years ! The latest service quote that I received from Chopard Melbourne amounted to $1850 and mentioned service of features that did not belong to my watch ! A truly very poor and disappointing customer experience with Chopard .
