Wow, the incompetence is amazing. Dropped off my pen to be repaired 7 months ago and finally received it back today. Still not repaired as promised although charged as if it was. Save yourself the heartburn!

I went into this store yesterday to buy a gift for a friend. The store was very well presented and i was welcomed promptly and warmly. The AC was a little cold and when I mentioned it , the staff member immediately went and turned it up. I was given great service, the gift was gift wrapped excellently and to top it off I found that my Staff Member was the Boutique Manager. What a great experience, I will be back. Thank you Rushika and your team, keep up the good work. Jason

Store was very well presented and staff were patient, helpful and prompt. Unsure about the quality of the products. Time will tell I guess. Pieces are very classic and some pens quite strikingly artistic.
