Always walk past here on the way to work, but went in for the first time this week to get a gift. Great service the staff there are amazing. Thank you so much for helping me choose.

Walked passed this store a few months back but it was closed due to the pandemic lockdown. Better luck today.  I dropped to looking for a pair of studs for a Christmas gift. It was busy but still the customer service to an uninitiated male like me was excellent. Highly recommended.

I always have a great personalised experience when ever I walk into the store. If you mention you are just there to have a look you get left alone but someone is always ready to help you when you need it. The store is small and can get very busy including lines before Christmas time.

Went to buy my wife a anniversary gift. Not very happy about the service. Waited in the shop for more than 10mins thinking someone would come and help out. But no one came. Not that everyone was busy. There were staff talking to each other at the counter. So had to go and ask for help. After  check at options for sometime finally selected a product to suit my budget. But comparing the service with the other stores, sales staff were not that keen and wasn't too happy with the suggestion.

Waited almost 30mins knowing exactly what we wanted, is there no staff who can just acknowledge you are there or tell you you’re in a ~20min queue?  I understand some customers can take a long time to decide, but have a system that doesn’t just leave 10+ people standing around the store not knowing when or in what order they are getting service. Give this one a miss.

Great store! I was able to exchange my jewellery that i received as a gift despite not being given the receipt. All the ladies were lovely but Vesna was the one that served me, just wanted to say thanks to her especially :

Absolutely terrible customer service from one of the employee Jill. I have been buying multiple products from pandora for a long time and it’s been great at Emporium store and Bourke street mall store however she breached the Australian consumer law for refund/exchange/fixing a faulty product. She did not offer me any solutions, in fact she bombarded me with questions on how I treat the product which I found it quite rude. As a fellow retail worker it was a very unpleasant experience to be treated poorly when I know very well about how loyal customers should be treated. I sincerely hope the Melbourne central store ups their game with educating their staff as I will not be wanting to go back there ever. If any one wants to buy from pandora, I suggest going to Bourke st mall or Emporium store in the city as their customer service is very welcoming.

I bought a red leather bracelet Lunar New Year in store and it turned out the worst experience ever. The bracelet itself started fading and even colorising my wrist upon my daily activity. I didn’t even wash my hand or take it under the shower but the bracelet just got darker and changed the color. I brought it back to the store and the manager refused to give me the refund because she assumed it was not a manufacturing fault. So is it my fault for being attracted to a product that has the worst quality of dying leather? I’ve been a loyal customer to Pandora for few years and decided to stop shopping anything from them straightaway for being treated like this. What’s the point giving me credits in store when I can’t be bothered buying anything? Such a bad customer service for a popular brand.
