Dr Pillar is easy to built rapport with and very knowledgable. She doesn't rush you and makes you very comfortable. Great with kids! The wait times can vary but I choose to ask how many in front of me when I arrive and knowing how the Dr is with others (as well as me) so waiting isn't an issue.

Been multiple times in the last 3 months , every time the wait was short (15-20 minutes MAX) and the doctor was helpful informative and thorough

I hope you like to wait. Even if you're first up. Expect a good hour wait if you're appointment is after 12.

Waited with my mum for about 45 minutes even high she had an appointment. When asking the front reception "how much longer?" They said they had thought we had already seen the dr. We could have been waiting for hours if we didn't say anything.

Before used to be good but went downhill recently. Reception is alright & wait times can very from waiting long to short (inconsistency, not my main issue) Had 2 appointments a while ago with the same doctor about pains in my chest & hand for a couple of weeks. Doctor clearly didn't have an interest in the job. Didn't even bother examining my hand (with clear swelling) & at times rude. Thought stress was the cause & simple told me to "chill out, stop stressing" because you know, telling someone to stop is that easy & stress wouldn't be a leading problem in peoples lives... Didn't offer any form of medication, told doctor that the hand pains were limiting me at work & look at me as if I was lazy trying to get off work saying "just use the other hand" (he honestly thought I didn't try that at first...) Talked to a relative currently studying medicine who actually looked into it & gave way, WAY more help than both appointments combined. Now don't get me wrong, I know there is a small handful of good doctors at this centre but the last 2 visits was not worth the $150.
