My experience’s with Florey Medical, particularly Dr Tang, have been kind, efficient and reassuring and my only disappointment is that I didn’t choose this practice sooner to oversee my health.nIn the past I’ve been misdiagnosed and that experience made me loose a lot of faith in the medical system but today the team at Florey Medical reinstated that faith - it was so refreshing to learn that there are still caring, knowledgeable and helpful doctors who go above and beyond and I can’t thank you enough for your levels of service.nMany additional thanks to the practice manager I’m assuming that’s the lady who took my call after hours? who went above and beyond to ease my concerns and explain some results to me on a Friday evening - I thank you both, very much :
This was my first visit to Florey Medical and it was a very positive experience. The reception staff were welcoming and attentive, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Nadia was very thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. I felt listened to and supported. I would happily recommend this clinic.
I saw Dr Pottumuthu today while my regular doctor was away. He was on time, pleasant, very thorough and gave good information that certainly helped me and this included talking through options. This is consistent with other visits to him on occasions over the years. I have been going to this practice for about 15 years, and have always been impressed with the quality of the doctors and reception staff. Dr Pratap is amazing. Highly recommend this practice.
As always the front desk staff were organised and friendly. Dr Stephen Tang is one of those medicos that makes a consultation pleasant, even enjoyable. Great sense of humour, severely efficient and yet also ready to take the time to explain or answer questions. I can't remember how many years Ive been going to this practice, its quite a few, but I will definitely continue to do so.
Dr Pottumunthu is outstanding! He is gentle, reserved, knowledgeable, calm, and patient. The reception staff are always friendly and seem genuinely happy to help you.nOur family has been coming to this practice for more than 15 years and will continue to do so.nThe excellent doctors, the great location, free parking, appointment availability, and a late-night pharmacy across the road also add to this 5-star review.
