This is now my regular medical centre. I got there because I discovered Dr. Lo to be very very helpful and very knowledgeable and if he finds something wrong he knows what to do and the best place to refer you too. I mean, you’ll have to pay the fee of around $90 a visit but he really is fantastic so I don’t mind at all. It is really hard to find a good doctor in Canberra who would actually spend time with you instead of get you in and out.

Sad to see they charge little old pensioners full price every time, even knowing their history of nursing an ill long time partner.  Don't recommend this place.  Read all feedback replies from staff on this site must be an automated robot, typical answers, don't bother responding to customers at all because all that does is show your customers you really don't give a dam, your answers have no substance and are very insulting to the customers who found they couldn't communicate with you and had to resort to a review site and know wonder if this is the response they get.
Agree with previous reviews have had a lady who seems unfriendly when calling in for a booking sounds like she is annoyed you are bothering her doesn't like any small talk.  Such a shame when a patient is elderly and been attending for years they don't bond with them no small talk no relationship.

Came here in the morning on Monday and both the female receptionists were very rude and unwelcoming. Have never received such customer service and will not come back again. I also witnessed one of the receptionists showing the same rude behaviour to another customer and was surprised that there could be people so rude. The lady in the pathology was however very sweet and helpful. I would recommend training your receptionist staffs better.

After visiting the centre 4 times in the last 10 days for not healing from a flu, I've finally given antibiotics today. Doctors were good but I had to wait 30+ minutes each time despite I had appointments and was charged the full fee for each visit. Surely there should be a repeat visit fee for the same sickness within a short period of time if what doctors recommended doesn't work. Explanation from the receptionist was "it's up to the doctor" so it looks like there is no center policy!!!
