Every doctor and nurse I've seen at this practice over the course of 10 years has really been very good, often truly excellent. They are thorough, compassionate, know their stuff, and good listeners. I am extremely grateful to have such good medical care at a well run clinic, that's convenient to get to and where the experience overall is positive, professional, and friendly.

My experience with doctor Damien was bliss!  He was friendly up for a chat and explained everything super well.  I have really bad anxiety around medical procedures and Damien was super easy at making me feel at ease was fantastic and can't thank him enough

My personal doctor is a very friendly, caring, kind, very knowledgeable,  and has a understanding of my health problem. He also gives me encouragemen on how to improve my health. He explained well and it makes me feel eas yg and comfortable to talk to him.I really think he is the best doctor I ve ever experienced and  I will always be his patient. Great practice, convenient location, and Dr Kilfoyle was wonderful! Reception staff were lovely and helpful, and I'm a fan of the out of pocket fee not being significantly higher for when you need a longer appointment :

Modern, efficient, friendly practice.  Handy having both GP and nurse appointments, as well as pharmacy downstairs.  I find it easier to park on the verge off Gininderra Drive than to drive in via the boomgate, take a ticket, and then remember to get that ticket validated at that admin desk to avoid paying.

Dr Bomball is very caring and professional. The practice is easy to access with a spacious waiting area, they communicated well with me when an appointment needed to be changed, and it's easy to make bookings online.

After initial mixup with nurse appointment everything was sorted out. Very professional service. Great care.

At first it was daunting I've never been to a large GP clinic however my experience soon made me realise I was in excellent and safe  hands.

I had a wonderful, empathetic and caring experience with Ochre today. The staff are welcoming and hospitable, and my doctor was incredible.

Love my Doctor here. Nursing staff are also friendly and helpful. Would suggest office staff acknowledge people in queue 'sorry for the wait, I'll be with you in just a moment' or similar. Gets frustrating when 5 or 6 people in office looking at you, then continuing whatever they are doing. This while elderly etc stand waiting in queues.
