The recorded propaganda §peel is not reflected by the staff.  As soon as you actually reach a staff member it's yes you need a doctors referral and you need to go to Tugernong.

The nurses in pathology are super lovely and comforting and do a great, quick job

Very welcoming staff, even for a  first Timer. had a table And sctivity for kids in waiting area. 
Dealt with medical problem very professionally and listened to parents concern. Impressed.
