I don't recommend this place at all, very bad service. I'm not planning to come back. First of all, the receptionist is very disrespectful, who needs a lot of learning about customer service. Second, they are not following the parameters for COVID-19 as the doctors are unprotected at least by a face mask which makes them susceptible to catch any virus and become a vehicle of this. As a patient and actually as an overseas doctor, I got a face mask because I have been feeling unwell and as soon as I entered the appointment I told the doctor about it and said to him my symptoms. However, he ignored my comments and didn't give me any recommendations or treatment, more during those times when flu-like symptoms are considered as a Red flag. So, if you're looking for a GP consultation with correct ethics and appropriate manners this is not the place. I am very disappointed because the most important is achieving a good patient- doctors relationship. If I could just give 0 stars to this place, I would do that.
Absolutely disappointing, GPs are well respected people but they need to learn what customer service is. Went in today with my partner who is experiencing pain in the throat and nausea the GP looked very unwelcoming and unfriendly. While me and my partner were communicating about the illness that he is experiencing the gp kept cutting us off while speaking and without any further explanation only gave us a blood test paper form. My partner and I gave up and went in to the walk-in centre and they have diagnosed my partner with a swelled throat and viral infection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COME HERE. You are literally better off going in to the walkin centre than spend your time and money here.
I was a foundation member at Kippax, I was always fobbed to the same doctor, I will pay him the courtesy of not mentioning his name. He very poorly misdiagnosed Shingles even when i told him that is what I believed to be my problem. I sought a second opinion when it continued to spread... too late to now treat, leaving me permanently scarred. This was not an isolated issue more a case of third strike and your out, with the same doctor. I do not regret transferring my records to OCHRE, although this request took 6 weeks for National Health Co-op to action. TONY @ Kippax
Friendly and knowledgable doctor and nurse. I always come back here because I trust my doctor and love the excellent bedside manner. As with all medical clinics, it's sensible to allow extra time for your appointment as doctors may be running late due to earlier patients. Membership is great value compared to private doctor fees, especially so for people with chronic conditions or who frequently need to see a doctor. National Health Coop: highly recommended.
I have never written a review in my life. After my experience here though I just had to. Arrived for appointment 10mins early and went to use self login machine but it wasn't working. Told receptionist so she logged me as being there on time. The Doctor I was to see arrived at work 10mins after my appointment time. After another 30 mins wait and 2 other patients being seen the receptionist asked me over to let me know I needed to schedule a new appointment as she didn't record my arrival properly. I was offered one later that day but I work 40km away so impossible to comeback and was already 30mins late work. Ok i realise she made a mistake but what annoyed me with the whole thing the most besides being there for an at most 2 minute appointment just to get a new script was the receptionist, no apology offered what so ever and her tone used was just plain rude. Avoid this place like the plague.
Previously I had received good service from the doctors. However last time I went, was in a downward spiral and not coping. I was told to 'learn to relax' and when I asked for a mental health plan I was told to make another appointment. You failed me, and no duty of care. If was to take extreme measures would you of felt bad for turning me away?
absolutely disappointing service. won’t ever recommend dr. saheed. came in there to consult my symptoms: shortness of breath, stabbing pain when taking a deep breath. all he could focus on was my mental health - how anxiety and new stress causes this shortness of breath and that theres nothing else he can do than to ask me to go to my psychologist and “relax” because “you look composed to me”. disgusting. came in to the walk in centre for a second opinion and to another gp in the city for a third opinion. they all diagnosed me with chest infection and asthma. very low quality of doctor, as i said, WOULDN’T RECOMMEND!
Not recommended people- Doctor is not very good at all and I am having to go find another Doctor after seeing him. Go else where and save yourself the hassle.
Unhelpful, rude receptionists, used to get very good service and help there but now they just dont care. They never on schedule either.
Doctor Emma Zwar is very helpful, kind, and encouraging, I feel like I'm in good hands
