Very good practice have been attending for years. Doctors and nurses are helpful and friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it. The doctors don’t rush you so you know when you have your appointment you will get treated very well.

poor time management as we have to wait 2 hours to get our next appointment. Instead of charging $20 for being late or not attending your appointment, we should be given compensation

Treatment and service was terrible compared to other cinics I've been to, I only went there as a student. Since leaving I needed my files transferred to my new practice. They accidentally filed the form instead of sending my files and they didn't notice until I called up to check. I offered to pick them up myself but then was called the next day to say it had already been sent but never gave me a reference number to track it. My new clinic is down the road so what could have been a 20 minutes walk took over 3 weeks. Incredibly unorganised which makes me nervous since they deal with people's physical and mental health on a daily basis.
