The staff in pathology are always so lovely and attentive.
I parked directly out front on a Sunday morning and I was the only person in the clinic. A friendly receptionist welcomed me, and I saw nurse Sandra. She had good bedside manner and clearly explained what to expect, and how to treat my illness in plain English.The consult room was new, clean and had natural light coming in. I was back out in under 20 minutes. This was a great experience, much better than one at a nearby competitor.
the dentist today had a delightful bedside manner for my son’s dentist appointment this morning at the Belconnen health centre. He and his assistant were meticulous, professional and lovely, putting my son at ease. Very impressed!
Great service. Best Dentists for kids in the town. Dr.Satish and Other Female Dentist are very gentle, quick and informative. And all nurses are supportive. Very impressed!

The receoptionist a guy don't seem to enjoy his job, he was very rude and not helpful at all.
Very welcoming staff, even for a first Timer. had a table And sctivity for kids in waiting area. Dealt with medical problem very professionally and listened to parents concern. Impressed.

Checked in at the self service then was told I had missed my appointment after waiting 40 minutes. Terrible service.
