When I started looking at these Reviews, I thought I was on the wrong Site. But no. I have been to this practice 4 times now since returning back to Canberra. I Gave 1star for the Surgery just being OPEN! If you have a Concession Card, you will save a MASSIVE $ 5 per visit and NIL on your medications all Scripts for me anyway have been expensive Private ones - getting them changed is an impossibility! As for the gushing praise for ‘Dr Nicole’, maybe I caught her on a bad day - 4 times!  My issues are NOT complex or hard, but she couldnt get me out of her room quickly enough. She probably had a 3 minute egg time on her desk’. No, it’s not me. I’ve enjoyed wonderful GP services over the years, but the thought of going back to this Health Centre leaves me needing a Doctor!!!

Dr Gan has been my family doctor for over 20 years and I first met him when we lived in Nichols. Now we live in the south but we can not find another doctor who is as kind,caring and attentive as Dr Gan.nnDr Gan always give us the time when we need advice.  When we had health issues, he personally called us every time.nnAfter all these years, we still drive from the south to Palmerston to see Dr Gan.nnHe is the best doctor. We are very very lucky to have him as our family doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Nicole and before that Dr Prad for a couple of years now. Being a complex case it can be really hard to find good, caring, thorough and involved gp’s. There have been times where I’ve forgotten to pre book my appointments and dr Nicole always finds time to fit me in. She is kind, extremely knowledgeable and 100 percent non judgmental. She will always go out of her way to help, even on her break. All of the doctors at this surgery are top tier and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

PMC has been our family doctors for well over 20 years. Very capable and has looked after our lot very well, highly recommended if you live in the Palmerston area, with the added bonus of a chemist just around to corner. Thanks to Sandy and Prad and partners for all of their great work for the many years we've been their customers!

This practice doesn't offer vaccination services without a doctor's consultation. I would have appreciated being told of this when I was booking my flu vaccination, as I could've chosen to go elsewhere. What should've been a free vaccination for pregnancy ended up costing a lot more. The doctor was lovely but I wasn't prepared for this unexpected cost for a consultation I didn't ask for.
