Not happy with the service I receive here every time I visit. I only joined as it's close and convenient, but will be looking at other GP's in the area, as every time I've had to speak to the receptionist they are disgustingly rude. I have actively been putting off coming in until the point of last resort due to how rude the reception staff are. There is 1 employee who works at the front desk who is pleasant, but unfortunately, I don't know their name.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called twice to request an emergency mental health appointment, only to have the phone put down on me. The staff at the desk are rude and a disgrace to the NHS, 0 empathy and just plain horrible. Never go here.
Extremely rude and inhumane staff! I booked an urgent appointment and was running 5 minutes late due to issues with transport out of my control and also aiming to be earlier than my time. Firstly they didn’t pick up the phone when I tried to call twice to notify them secondly why are you working in the medical industry if you are not going to actually help people. I’ve always had issues with this medical centre and definitely do not recommend it!
It is unacceptable to be kept for almost an hour on the phone trying to book an appointment and told to ‘hold on for a few minutes’ and then drop the call completely. I understand that you are having issues with the phone system but please, you can do better by speaking kindly to the patients.
Tried to call because they cancelled my repeat prescription out of the blue without notifying me. I was in the queue for 2 hours!!! Starting at number 4 and when I reached number 1 they hung up. That is just unprofessional and ridiculous. Changing the practice
Not very professional Dr Mustafa is the rudest GP I have even known. He out the phone down on me. He’s the most laziest doctor there is. He got my medical file instead of reading it he asks me questions. I said to him. It’s in my medical file, u can read it. He said he’s not going to open my file and and read and I need to tell him. He then persecuting me saying that I am obstructive women and that refuses to talk to me. I said I am trying to seek medical and professional advice from u but your are being u reasonable and very unprofessional and lazy. He out the phone down on me. My advice stay away from this GP
Yes Medical Centre It's like a pandemic, it's like a corona virus Dr. Mustafa is inhuman, does not deserve the profession of medicine, he is not helpful, he is arrogant and a liar, he promises us to call and not call. We suffer from problems when we go to the pocket, he talks about things that have nothing to do with anything. I changed my clinic because of his bad behavior. I advise everyone to change him because he does not understand anything about medicine
I can’t give 0 ZEROS there’s not 0 Start please read the comments and make your own decisions before registering to this GP I really think this GP needs to close at some point with the poorest customer service and team
I have been with this GP for 10 years and I was always happy with them. It was easy to make an appointment and doctors and nurses were friendly and helpful.
Run away from this medical center !! Lazy team - nurse is continuesly repeating call me to solve the problem - when asking why to call when I am here there is no answer ..Doctor Moustafa thinks he is no GP - he is Prime Minister.. No any appointments - only if you are lucky some telephone call for 5 mins... I don't need call friend Dr. Moustafa - I NEED GP to have meeting with him and he to solve my problems ! Anyway after 5 years in this Medical Center going to look for new GP - it is usless to waste time here - advice the same for everybody registrated in Acton Town Medical Center
